Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://truexcellenceprofessionalcleaning.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Tru Excellence Professional Cleaning reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Tru Excellence Professional Cleaning markets and arranges Cleaning Company, Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move In Cleaning, Move Out Cleaning, Post Construction Cleaning, Office Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://truexcellenceprofessionalcleaning.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tru Excellence Professional Cleaning or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Tru Excellence Professional Cleaning does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation. In no event will Tru Excellence Professional Cleaning's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Tru Excellence Professional Cleaning from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. MI law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MI.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
